Firex Easy pan PMRDG200 gas boiling pan – direct heat, this cylindrical type boiling pan, allows you to boil products quickly and efficiently , ideal for vegetables, pasta etc. For delicate sauces, custards, Jams etc. we would recommend using an “Indirect heat” version.
